Youtube Board Giveaway Terms & Conditions | July/August 2025

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Nico Prien and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube.

2. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) JP Slalom Board from 2025, used by Nico Prien. The specific board model, size, and condition will be selected at Nico’s sole discretion. No requests for specific models or sizes will be accepted.

3. How to Enter

To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must:

  • Subscribe to Nico Prien’s YouTube channel.

  • Leave a comment under the giveaway video.

🔁 Participants may increase their chances by commenting on each video in the current video series (from Fuerteventura and the World Cup Tenerife).

❌ Multiple comments on the same video will not increase your chances.

4. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 and over.

  • International entries are accepted.

  • Shipping costs, taxes, customs fees, and any other delivery-related charges are the sole responsibility of the winner. These costs will not be covered by Nico Prien.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • One winner will be chosen at random from the eligible entries after the final video of the series has been published.

  • The winner will be announced exclusively in Nico Prien’s WhatsApp Channel.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the announcement, another winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

  • Nico Prien reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without notice.

  • Any fraudulent, offensive, or spam comments may disqualify the entrant.

  • YouTube is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is released from all liability by each entrant.

7. Privacy

By entering, participants agree that Nico Prien may contact them via YouTube, WhatsApp, or other platforms to coordinate prize delivery. No personal data will be shared or sold.
